MailForce Marketing Campaigns
MailForce
R/6 enables users to construct and manage Marketing Campaigns easily
using a series of screens containing Profiling Filters.
The Profiling
Forms provide you with the facility to select data based upon:-
- Customer
and Prospect Categories which may cover criteria such as Area, Industrial
Classification, Postcode, telephone numbers, etc
- Contact
Categories
- Financial
filters such as date of last transaction with the company, products
purchased, size of debt outstanding, etc
- Marketing
Questionnaire and Profile information
The system
will:-
- Maintain
full details, including written descriptions, on all campaigns
- Provide
a count and other statistics for the data selected (e.g. number of
companies where more than 1, 2, 3 contacts have been selected, company
with the highest number of contacts selected etc.)
- Budget
Field information to be updated
- Auto-apportion
the selected contact records to the Sales and Marketing personnel
normally assigned to manage the account, or to designate a single
or range of individuals to handle this campaign. Call Diaries are
created to display automatically on the Campaign commencement date
- Merge
the contact records with a document for printing, e-mailing, or faxing
- Write
an entry in the Contact record to indicate that:-
- it
was selected for the specific Campaign
- the
campaign date
- the
material sent
- the
campaign cost
The Selection/Data
mining criteria can be saved within a "Campaign Filter" for:-
- Updating
cost information for use in the Marketing Campaign Reporting suite
- Easy
reuse in subsequent campaigns
- Copying/cloning
campaigns
Exporting
Data to Other Systems
You
can export selected data to other systems; e.g. if you are employing
a Fulfilment House to perform your Mailshot. You can also export the
contents of a Questionnaire or Profile. The combined contact/profile
record can be uploaded into e.g. Auto Route as 'Push Pin' records. This
enables you to view the geographical spread of your customers overlaid
on a map.
