FieldForce Features

FieldForce is a version of SalesForce for use by remote or mobile personnel wishing to have full access to their SalesForce data as if they were in the office. It offers synchronisation of remote users’ data, including financial information from the host accounting systems to which SalesForce has been integrated centrally.

FieldForce gives you the flexibility to automatically perform bi-directional data exchanges making the sharing of information easy, regardless of your team's location.

Control the Records Your Users Need to See
FieldForce also provides the facility to enable Systems Administrators to filter and control the data to which specific users have access by criteria such as territory, salesperson or customer type. In addition to contact information, you can also synchronise:-

• New Master File and Template letters and Business Forms
• Financial Information covering Customer Accounts, Invoices and Orders

Remote Synchronisation is easy. One button click executes the whole process. If line drop out occurs during the procedure, simply start again.
