DMS is a Contact based Document Work Flow and File Management System.
It enables organisations to create a co-ordinated, uniform approach
to the filing, and rapid retrieval subsequently, of Word Processing,
Spreadsheet, Presentation, Project Management etc. files for use by
all users within an Enterprise.

You can set up your filing system to reflect the needs of each of your User Groups. Each group will be able to focus upon their own Business Forms, whilst, provided that they have appropriate authorisation, having access to those of other groups. The following picture illustrates EDMS showing a 'Company Wide' filing system where the needs of the Accounts, Credit Control, Marketing etc. sections have all been set up within the same file system.
